Oil change went up $20 in 6 months. On commercials on the radio you guys say you will wash the car when getting a service; my husband asked he was told it was too late.

I appreciate the vehicle reception process i.e. the rep coming to my car and having set up directly. I also appreciate the complimentary ride after drop off. My suggestions for improvement are about picking up the vehicle; considering the rep that took care of my car was not available when I was picking up (out to lunch), I hope provision can be made such that customers can go into the service center/parts main office/room rather than going out to wait for or find a rep to attend to them. A number ticket system can be created where you sign in at the main office and your rep who attended to you earlier or an available one is sent to come meet you, rather than going to stand outside in the cold or heat.

Very kind and helpful service from Andres. I sincerely wanted to have the repairs made at Easy Honda but the cost involved was absolutely offensive. I will have the repairs made at a neighborhood repairman. The reason I brought the car to the dealer was that my family has been driving a Honda/multiple Honda’s from Spring branch each year since 1982. $3,000.00 to repair headliner felt like all you were wanting was for me to give up the car and purchase a new one. I sat at home for 9 hours and paid $150.00 to just to be reminded that the dealer was not going to competitive. That’s on me I should have known better.
