Having had to take car in for a second time because of oil leaking, putting car on rack to inspect ball joints it was discovered that oil was leaking from the oil leaking was due to spillage from the oil change. Upon further inspection this am i could not find any leakage. I can just attribute it to sloppy job during the oil change. Other than that, my experience with Honda and Eric has been satisfactory.

I was obviously interrupting Maria’s lunch break. The overall speed of service from various reps was slow. Technicians did a quick job, but it took 24 minutes from the text that the car was ready to actually leaving with it. I arrived at 2:40, was checked in for a tire patch at 3:06.
