Eric and Robert did a great job for your dealership. I cannot say much for your office staff and your phone communications. It was a real challenge to get in touch with the proper people. People not answering the phone, People disconnecting you phone being transferred to different dealerships other than the Katy Freeway dealership. It was an experience that I do not want to have to go through again.
The only reason I came to the dealership is because I wanted to take care of the factory recall.

I do have one suggestion. As an immuno compromised person I wore a mask into the dealership. I wish the people I talked to had on a mask also. I think it would be very nice if the service people dealing with the public would wear a mask IF they see that the client is wearing one.

As always, Erik was great. I brought my car in due to a dead battery. He went ahead and was able to get my battery changed out as well as address the hood latch recall at the same time which saved me from having to make an extra trip to address the issue.

I’ll start off by saying that I did appreciate the service I was provided and it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just had expected better timing from previous experiences of getting an oil change. I made an appointment for 8am for an oil change and car wash and was told that because the car wash would only take about 30 min, the latest my servicing would be done would be 10:30am. So I ended up just waiting at the dealership, but it wasn’t until 11am when I personally went to go ask about my car that I realized my car was already done. I just was not expecting the service to take that long, and if the servicing was going to take longer, I would have appreciated a notification of some sort.
