My car has been in your care since Dec 15. I have used up my rental with my insurance, and now thankfully using a loaner from the dealership. However, I don’t understand why it’s taking so long. I know the repairs are more than what my insurance allowed but I’m really concerned that these repairs are adding up.
I’m not totally dissing Easy Honda, but I’m really in limbo as my car has been in their care since Dec 15, and today is January 26.

My displeasures have NOTHING to do with Maria, but with changes made recently. Paying outside was not comfortable. It was cold. It was wet.
I get calls from Easy Honda about selling my car and buying a new one. I don’t appreciate that. I was never harassed by spring branch Honda, ever.
