I started to write everything Erik did today - it’s too much to write, so in a nutshell these are phrases that describe Erik’s actions:
Prompt return of my call, listened to every question I had, was responsive and clearly communicated each service needed. I felt heard - I felt assured, confident in him, confident that I can trust him. That’s a 10 out of 10 for me. I would like to first start off by saying Joshua did an exceptional job taking care and understanding my needs. I can to the dealership because I was experiencing a grinding like sound when I pressed the brake while driving. Joshua was ready to help as soon as I pulled In. After a misdiagnosed repair, Joshua accepted that they have made a mistake and fixed it by loaning me a rental car while my car was waiting for parts to be fixed. It allowed me to save money on getting a rental car, as well as allowed me to save from the hassle of changing important plans. I’m very thankful for that. Lastly when it came to paying, he suggested the option of Sunbit payment financing which helped me to wrap up the amount and bring my car back home. The only thing I would say which is very minor, just slow down when trying to pronounce the customers name. Lol, he said my name wrong about 3 times. But not to discredit, his level of service awesome and I have a great experience with this visit to the dealership.
