For the first time service was done in a reasonable/ decent amount of time. Maria was beyond helpful and kind. Her willingness to help was something to be noted. Her attitude was very positive. She approached us with a smile and ready to assist us. She answered every question and provided solutions. Its the first time we don’t wait over 6 hours for service. The whole process took 3 hours and that just worked great for us. She offered to ran our car through the car wash without us even asking in previous times I had to asked and it seemed like a ****. She is definitely a great and very knowledgeable person. We are officially scheduling with her from now on. We are truly happy that what was said to us at the moment we bought our car is finally being shown. Please congratulate Maria for her awesome service!!!!! Great job!!!

After I got the call that my vehicle service had been completed I arrived at the service department spoke to to a few people who could not help me find my service advisor. After waiting outside for 7-10 mins I dialed the number that called me and asked for help. They could not help. After a few more mins someone approached me and helped me. There was a dirty rag left in my car. The tire pressure light was on and upon dropping of my vehicle fire service I requested that my old registration sticker be removed and that the new one which I had provided be applied. It was not done.
