Not sure why my vehicle gas was almost gone when I dropped the car off my gas was full. Also as I was waiting to pick up my car the guy in the office slammed the door while I was waiting with my toddler and I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Also my vehicle was dropped off alon a Friday I kept calling Saturday (the next day) and couldn’t get a simply diagnostic and my car had an appointment for 11:3 that morning ! My fiancé litterally had drove up there and was told my car wasn’t even looked at they will check it out Monday and car wasn’t read until Tuesday

The service rep I had today was great and the oil change and service was just fine. The issue is that I called and made an appointment days ago where I very clearly stated that I needed to get the window molding replaced - something I had discussed the last time I was in. I asked if I needed to do anything special and was assured this appointment could handle that request. When I arrived today that wasn’t the case and now I have to return because the molding had to be ordered. I was told “you were talking to a call center…they don’t know what’s really going on or if we could do that”. I had zero indication that it was a call center as I heard Easy Honda in the greeting. I don’t understand why I wasn’t directed to a rep who could have set up the service properly. Now I waste another day running around to the dealership. Frustrating to say the least.

I now have a rattling in the front of my vehicle that was not there before my visit to Easy Honda on 2/14/22. I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and now have a rattle almost as if they left some tools or small parts in there or something. Unacceptable.
