I made an appointment for 10am. I arrived and took an Uber home. I was told 2 hrs... 5 hrs later I called to check the status and was told my car hadn't been touched. I called again at 5pm and was told the same thing and that it will be ready the NEXT DAY! I insisted to come get my car as I had to be at work that evening and the service center closes at 6pm.. I was then told it would be done within the hour. I got the uber back and it was ready when I arrived. So a 1hr service took 8 hours. Extremly unhappy with the lack of communication, especially bc I was told at the time I made the appointment, if you want same day service, appointment must be before noon. So none of it added up.
