Maria Miranda was the service Advisor who helped me when I was at the Easy Honda. She had a customer, but she acknowledged me. There’s no other advisors available.
Maria was very pleasant. She explained that I needed a new battery. I waited at the customer lounge, and the place is clean. it was done in about an hour.

I had my front and back breaks replaced a few weeks back and it seemed like it drove ok and then my breaks began to grind...I called service department several times with no response from advisor until I called a supervisor. I then brought it back to research what was going on and ended up waiting over 2 hours for completion. My advisor went to lunch without saying a word while my car sat. No apologies that the work wasn't completed correctly the first time and thanks for taking your own time and gas to bring a vehicle back that was not fixed properly originally…Nothing! just here is ur paperwork and keys from another advisor that had no idea what had transpired. This was the 2nd time I had to return my car for completion of services that were not properly completed. I will not return here.This use to be my favorite dealership but definitely the changes that have been made are not good ones.
