It took six hours for my car to get an oil change, tire rotation, state inspection, and an inspection of the breakhold system. I was not notified of the status at all and had to keep asking and had to wait the last hour and a half until the shop closed. This was unacceptable.

My service technician Josh Sanchez was great. Helpful and accommodating. My complaint is with your off site message center. This center is worthless. With repairs being so costly, customers need updates from people who can help. Not being able to make contact with the service rep is a huge flaw in your service making me hesitant to recommend you.
