Service was as close to perfect as I’ve ever gotten. Andres went out of his way to get my civic si towed to the service station after all four wheels were stolen. And even when the tow truck ran into some delays, Andres stayed late on a Saturday to make sure the car got there. Throughout all the mucky insurance negotiations, he kept me updated and proactively communicated. When I got my car back it looked brand new. Excellent. Everyone there at Easy Honda really sets the gold standard of how service should be done. Very grateful.

Andres our service advisor was great, but while our car was there a huge scratch was done on our dashboard. We have been calling and leaving messages for the Service Director (Johnnie Cantu) and we are going on almost a month without a reply. I noticed this on March 10th before I drove off the lot with our car, I spoke to Johnnie and Andres about the damage. Johnnie said he would reach out to me the following week to schedule a time for me to come in to fix the issue. Long story short he never did and we have been calling him nonstop since then. We leave messages and he never returns our calls then his mailbox is full a lot of the times so we can’t leave him new messages. We even have vIdeo proof that damage wasn’t there before we dropped of our car. This has been a horrible experience and we will never trust our car to your dealership or purchase any new cars there!!
