Generally pleased with the service. I got what I needed done timely. A few areas were you guys could improve: - when I got to the dealership, all of the attendants were in their offices looking at their computers. I sat in my car for a few minutes. It wasn’t until I got out of the car that a service manager approached. - i told the service manager my name and he said Luis would be with me shortly, which we was. Nevertheless, Luis asked me if I had ever been to the dealership before and wanted to know if I had an appointment. - since I had registered the day before and had an appointment,I would have thought that the service team would have known to expect me. I also think they should have known that I bought my car from when Penske owned the dealership, and that most of the service on my vehicle has been done at the dealership. - Luis got me signed up quickly, and I was off to work. That part was great. - Luis called mid morning to tell me that I needed 4 new tires. The service team was unaware that I had replaced 2 of the tires recently. Only after more thoroughly checking my records did Luis realize that I had previously replaced two of the tires. Luis was very polite and corrected the problem quickly. Nevertheless, I wonder how the service team determined I needed four tires when two of them still have very good tread and were recently purchased. - Luis let me know the car was ready in the timeframe expected. - When I arrived at the dealership, Luis was with another customer. But another service person helped me through the checkout process. That part was great too. Overall, the service folk are courteous. I can tell that they want to do a good job. I only share the above so that they will have an opportunity to get better. Nothing that happened yesterday would keep me coming back.

He was one of best service advisors that I have worked with at Easy Honda and I am happy with the services that I received.

Luis did a good job handling a difficult situation. One area of improvement would be more proactive communication and specificity with status. A part was on back order and the parts dept. seemed to lack urgency when attempting to locate the part from alternative sources. While they ended up getting the part from an alternative source, for which I am grateful, I felt that it happened only after the suggestion was made.

Andres communicated throughout the day, talked through what was being done for my car as well as a plan for what might be needed next time, and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you!
