On 11/29/21 I had the rear break job done here and now on the high speed using the break the car vibrates and slowing done to stop it grinding and humming noise, so I’m here at the shop to take care of the problem please look through the problem! Thank you for your service!

I have had some good and bad experiences with the services here depends on if you have a schedule or are just a walk-in customer. It stood out when almost all of the service guys were ignoring and just walking by (probably busy with other customers). Andres asked me if any crew approached, and I said no; with a follow up I am on an appointment. Constant updates via text and email from the job status were relayed to me when I walked out. He also recalled my plan to bring in my recall service for my Odyssey, which I barely see from time to time(extra mile service). I did mention to the managers the good service I experienced and I do not see this on Gilman Honda. It would aslo be fair if all customers gets feedback and not just by random as I want to support the morale off service crew I never got even one survey until now. Lastly please make sure the schedule for appointment needs some improvement as certain functions between booking and im in a hurry button have differrnt logic in displaying vin numbers. It took me a while to go around to book two vehilcles for me and my wife. Over all I am satisfied with the service and thank you!

Working with Joshua was great. He explained everything. Everything ran smoothly. First time I have been back since it became Easy Honda. Like the text updates and the Uber set up was great. It was also great to be able to pay Joshua instead of having to go inside. Really like all the changes.

I have visited dealership twice. Once for warranty claim and secondly for my first service. Both times, the agent forget to get my car washed. Very disappointed with service. The agent didn’t bother to check the vehicle before closing the service report.
