I was not satisfied what so ever I’ve been coming here for awhile now since it was spring branch Honda before , never have I ever received bad service like this . Dropped off my vehicle at 8am in the morning to get a new battery replacement, that I have warranty under . Guess when I got my car back ? 4 pm in the afternoon... on top of that Luis never updated me with anything I had to be the one to call to see what’s going on with my car why in the world it’s taking forever just for a battery ! Worst worst experience. I had to do errands so thanks a lot for ruining what I had to do !

I was pleased with the overall experience - greeting, diagnoses, recommendations, execution of vehicle service, and communication. Wash and vacuum of the vehicle is a pleasant and welcome added service as well. And while I appreciate attention to checking tire pressure, I was alarmed to find all four tires severely and inconsistently over-inflated. Recommended pressure for my tires is 35 psi, but I found every tire inflated to at least 45 pounds, and one at 47. Is a properly calibrated gauge being used? This is a performance AND a safety issue!
