Rudy Cruz was very professional. I have no issues with him. I will definitely ask for him to be my go to person.
However, ever since you changed to Easy Honda it's been disappointing that I cant get a rental through my Honda care. This has happened on several occasions. In the past I was given one to get me on my way and if for some reason the issue with the car was not covered by honda care then I was responsible to pay the rental. Now I have to wait till Honda verifies it and then I can get a car, but by then I have a rideto work and the car gets fixed. This last time it was no loaners andthe rental car company you use has no cars in the price range I'm allowed. Also it was barely 5 minutes after I left that I got several text, 2 phones calls at home and a call on my cell wanting know of I wanted to trade in the van. Take me off that list please.
