I called to get a price on an OEM part for the battery. I called In the afternoon and never received a call back. A follow up call is all I wanted but apparently it’s not something they do at this establishment. I should have went with my instinct and taken my SUV somewhere else to begin with. I won’t be recommending this place or taking my vehicle here ever again

I was unable to set up a service appointment using your website. My vehicle was not even listed, not even as a Honda model. Cost for oil change was high.
