They didn't fix the problem the first time around, but the second time the did there due diligence to figure it out and solve the issue. Luis was professional the whole way through.

Extremely disappointed! I was told the service to my car would take 45 minutes before I arrived, upon my arrival I was again told the service would be 45 minutes. Minutes later I was then advised it would take 2 hours which it eventually took 3 hours. The worst part of it all, after this miss communication on the time frame it would take to repair my car; and me having to cancel something I had prior because the time frame given was not meet the 1st time nor the second time. Your team brought my car back with a long scratch on the rear bumper. Horrible experience on yesterday with your service team!
