I felt the advisor was not competent or quoted me a synthetic oil change as a up sale. As of previous service I just needed a conventional oil change. I assume the advisor knew what oil I needed and I did not question the price increase for damn inflation. I have always come here for my service. This was noticed after I reviewed the invoice at home.
I felt misinformed and was charged more.
