Erik was friendly and greeted me promptly when I arrived. My only complaint is I expected an express oil change appointment to be quicker than 1 hour. Maybe acceptable for a walkins but with an appointment I would expect half hour max to do a simple oil change, top fluids and quick visual inspection.

I had an appointment. There is absolutely no reason an oil change with an appointment should take greater than an hour. It ended up taking over an hour and 45. I had to be very clear that I needed to be out by 3 and it sounded like some strings had to be pulled. Even so, I didn’t get out until 3:10. On top of that, my vehicle maintenance timer wasn’t reset. For the price, I am very unimpressed.

Upon returning to Easy Honda to retrieve my vehicle the button used to lock & unlock my vehicle was broken. When I gave Erik my keys, it was not broken. He was able to locate it & instead of reporting and replacing the broken button, it he used tape to remedy the situation and sent me on my way.

Things were 99% good. The attendant was tops.
I had new tires put on. There was some kind of lard looking material I’m guessing is used to grease tires for mounting. Anyhow, some pretty sizable globs were left on my rims.
Past that, great.
