Erik is alway is always kind .But Erik is not the problem it is you batteries My car would not start on Tuesday due to the battery My battery was exchanged on June 21,2021 and Ot failed so I had to get a new battery You all should upgrade your batteries because a battery should last longer than 1 year and I don’t have time to keep running back and forth to your business for this problem.You all need to look at a better battery for the sake of the customers
