We have two Kias, one that we’ve had for six months, one that we’ve had for five years. The new one (a Sorento)had multiple mechanical issues from the very beginning. Our older model (a Sedona), we’ve brought in once for routine maintenance and twice for mechanical issues over the past year. In total, we’ve dealt with the University Kia Service department over half a dozen times in the past year. Communication, customer service, and mechanical service have been really quite terrible.
