I called and made an apt to specifically have my tire pressure sensor replaced as well as a couple of other things. When my car was "done" I was told they didnt have the sensor and had to order it, so I would have to come back. On May 25th I had my car in for an oil change. When the car was done, they told me everything looked good. Two days later I got an email telling me the air filters needed replacing. I am Very frustrated with customer service at this point and not sure I will be bring my car back.

Ariel provided outstanding customer service! I did not receive a confirmation email or text like I usually do. So, I called to confirm the date and time of my appointment and it was at 10 am the day of my call. I called to let them know my GPS said I would not get there until 10:22 which past the 15 min grace period. Ariel checked and I was able to still come. I am truly grateful because my son graduated on Thursday and I was having my car serviced to travel to my parent’s for his planned party. It was critical for me to have my service done today. Thank you, Ariel, you were awesome for all the continuous check ins throughout my service visit and the quick responses to my numerous questions.

Actually super upset and looking forward to having a moment tomorrow to check in via phone. Services and charges were done way outside of what we actually sent the car in for . When my partner picked up the car their were charges added that were not discussed on the phone or the invoice sent to my phone. Not only are the services not what we asked for but also completely new to us upon arrival since we had just reviewed the cost of the diagnostics and oil change on the phone . I am very confused as to what happened today but unfortunately could not call back while I was at work. I will be calling tomorrow to verify what happened here.

My car was in your service department for 2 1/2 months. I pick it and A day later my car is broken again. Then I am told my car will there for at least another week. I am being charged for things that I should have been charged per my warranty company. I will not bring my car back to your service department. Also, I think my car was misdiagnosed because I brought my car to your service department in October 2020. Because there was something wrong with my head gasket. I was told that it was something else wrong with my car. I am so over your service department. I purchased 2 car from your sales department and I do not want to bring them there for service.
