1) appointment was at 2pm. After 1.5 hrs, she told us she couldn't find us in system. We said look at 2pm. Found us! Tires not completed until 4.45pm. wasted while afternoon.
2) paperwork mileage incorrect. Never updated since last oil change. It should have been 16,420
3) audio on video couldn't be understood due to background noise.
