I just had the oil changed in the transfer case and rear differential of my Highlander along with PA state safety & emissions inspection. The work was completed while I waited, was done on schedule and as far as I can tell, correctly. A report was provided including brake and tire wear measurements, and did a lot of inspections that go well beyond the state safety requirements. I appreciate that.

My side mirror guard was lost as my wife was driving this vehicle. This vehicle being 2 months old was disappointing. Service manager implied this was result of something other than defective assembly. This mirror was never hit by anything. I paid the cost which was minimal but I don't appreciate implied that I am not telling the truth on how this part fell off my vehicle.
