I did not know that dropping off my vehicle the night before my appointment nullified the appointment and moved scheduled completion to the end of the business day. I had an 8:30 AM appointment and the truck was ready for pickup around 4:00 PM.

Why make an appointment,when it's first in first out. We stayed in Meadville for 5 hrs. Vehicle was not started.we had to take the loaner home and return for our vehicle the next day.we live in Erie.it was inconvenient.

I drove from Erie to pick up my car after hours and was told the key would be in the driver side visor and it was not. The car was locked and I didn’t have a spare key because I didn’t expect it to be locked because the key can’t be locked inside. We worked it out but thought you should know.
