The accessibility tech was dismissive of our concerns about wetness on the floor. While he did supposedly have the van under a "shower" for 20 minutes, we know from being in the vehicle that the wetness isn't coming from above but rather up from underneath somehow. The Fire extinguisher and it's bracket have also become unattached from their designated location since they worked on the vehicle and it has never moved the entire time we have had the vehicle prior to this. There was also dirt from the tech's shoes on the driver's side platform when we could clearly see that you have paper floor coverings right where we drop off the vehicle that should have been used.

The gentleman Adam that inspected my husband's jeep was so spot on and honest about everything. My husband took his jeep to Griffin Motors and they told him $650 for the inspection. My husband and I both said that's a crock of pooo. That's why we took his jeep to Palmiero for a second opinion. The fantastic technician Adam that did the inspection on it totally agreed with us that nothing was wrong with my husband's jeep. We really appreciate the kind and honest service we received from all the staff at Palmiero!!! We will definitely be returning customers!!! Thank you
