When returning to my car my driver seat was moved all the way forward and my passenger seat was laying back as though someone was laying in it. This is very unprofessional and the expectation is that the seats are returned to the general position in which they were found.

April is great. The scheduler was very confused about an appointment time, but that I would drop car off night before. She said I had to stay if I he’d an appointment, and had to bring it in morning at 7:00 am, not night before. I assumed she was new and basically just ignored her and drop my car off the night before. But April was great.

April was great. Just a little disappointed in the newer desk ladies when calling in. I realize they are new, young and just learning but when explaining what light was on she kept insisting it meant an oil change was due I explained that was not the light that was on but it took a couple of times and someone else in the background finally said that light needs a mechanic to look at it. It was not an oil change but a bad sensor. She wasn’t mean or rude just insistent. Otherwise I’m always happy with the service.
