my representative, Mark, was fantast8c, it was the 20 minute wait I had when there was only 1 other car in front of me, is the reason I say I was not completely satisfied witht the service. Apparently you were severly short staffed

Was not communicated with me service closed Saturday at 4pm. I dropped car off 8am, received text 11 from agent if I had any questions. No updates on car given. Received last text 3:48pm for payment invitation, I promptly paid. No communication ever made on when service closed. I showed up at 4:15, took me time to get a ride. Thankfully, Ryan in sales and his sister which he got on phone, helped me find my key to retrieve my car. They were so helpful and kind. I was surprised by your employee’s lack of information.
