My Honda CRV has maintenance service for 3 years at Montclair Honda dealer service. This time I was so disappointed. Becca Prentice/ service consultant told me my car about one hour wait. I gave her number to call me when my car ready to pick up. She confirmed my number, and said will tell technician to do it quick for me. I got home and wait for phone call to pickup my car. After a long wait, I call and operation person of Honda dealer said the service department is closed. I was told the service department will open at 7 am. I didn’t expect that. My kids need to be at school at 7:15 am with a 15 miles drive to school. I had difficulty to find help to take my kids to school on time ( I am a single mom). When I came the morning to pick up the car, she said we called you twice yesterday. Usually, Honda service person would leave me messages if I couldn’t pick up, but not this time. Becca wasn’t professional and showed she care about customer or apology.
I didn’t say much to her about her service gave me hard time.
I just don’t want to have this kind of service again. I bought my car at Montclair Honda dealer, but I feel not appreciate good service.
