He was super nice from beginning to end. I called ahead because I was having issues with my 2020 civic and he told me to come right on in, without an appointment. When I got there he acted as if he was so excited to see me. That Energy continued the whole visit. I actually had a doctors appointment that day and he made it that I got there on time. He is a great guy. Keep up the good work ????????????????????????????????

This was my first service appointment and I was very pleased. I'm not used to being believed when I have a car issue (Chevy was horrible). Brian Dambrosio believed me and found the correct issue with my car. I am so pleased with Metro Honda and I believe I am a Honda owner for life! I called and asked how much front brakes would be, I was quoted $239. I specifically asked how much it would be if the rotors needed to be replaced. The man I spoke with said ‘we almost never replace the rotors. The only reason the rotors would need to be replaced is if they’d been super neglected, like for 2 years or something.’ So I made an appointment to come in at 9:30. When I arrived at 9:15, I was told they’d probably be able to get it finished by 11 so I opted to wait for the service. At 10:50 I told Gary I had 10 minutes until I needed to leave for work so I asked if I should wait or if I should take an Uber to work. He told me I needed to take an Uber. When I went outside to grab my sweater from my car, it was parked in the parking lot outside and hadn’t even been started on. I had spent almost 2 hours waiting for something that hadn’t even been started. What a huge waste of my time. Not until 2:00 was I told that my car would in fact need new rotors and wouldn’t be done until 4:00. EVERY TIME I come to a car place it takes longer and costs more than I’m originally told. As I customer I would so much rather be told how much the ‘worst case’ will cost, ESPECIALLY when I specifically ask how much it will cost, and be told it’ll take all day. That way, I have a realistic expectation instead of being continually over promised and under delivered. It makes me feel like I’m being lied to. I continually ask myself if honest car repair services exist.
