Had an appointment at 8:30 am. On Monday Car wasn't seen until 11 am. The repair should have taken a day but took a week. The communication was not good. Finally picked Vehicle up on Friday. Vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke. Technician left wrench in engine. Service was horrible.

I brought in the car regarding a noise in the front of my engine bay I suspected it was an issue with the AC compressor, serpentine belt or pulleys. I was told the issue was leaking Freon, and that the noise was gone. Getting in my car, I immediately heard the noise again with no change. The service rep also agreed the noise needed to be attended to and I would be bringing the car back again to have it further inspected and fixed. Furthermore, I don’t believe, I should have been charged this failed attempt to fix the A/C condenser as per the service bulletin regarding the A/C condensers on all 10th generation Civics.
