I have no issues with Joseph as he and I were not even aware that he was my representative until 4 hours later of me sitting in the waiting room. I am disappointed in the lack of communication in the team. I arrived at the dealership at 10 am and was told I would be told within an hour or hour and a half of what the issue was to my car. The young lady helping me approached me at 1pm (3 hrs later) telling me she would go to the shop to see if there was a diagnosis to my car and would be right back to tell me. At 1:40 I reached out to a representative sitting right next to her desk asking if he knew were she was as I had been waiting for her. He expressed she went to lunch and wouldn’t be back till about 15 minutes. 4 hours later of waiting I see the young lady and ask her about my car. She goes to the back to get a diagnosis on my car and finally tells me that theirs a problem with my car (as if I didn’t know that) and that the door panel was in pieces and they would be fixing it. Mr. Joseph approached me and shared he wasn’t even aware he was my representative as I wasn’t aware either. Joseph shared what they would be going to my car and informed me that my car would be ready around 4. Not to mention I am beyond frustrated as this was about the 4th time I brought in the car for the same issue. I asked the dealership from day one to take off the door panel and please fix the problem instead of just resetting the car as I purchased the extended warranty and either way I would be paying the deductible but every time I brought it in q got a lame excuse as to why the door panel couldn’t be taken off. I’m the customer, and if I request something that I will be paying for then I expect the dealership to follow through. Never again will I ever get the extended warranty as it was a waste of money. Now I’ve lost a whole days worth of work and time not just once but 4 times that no one will pay me back for.
