Francisco was a liar. There was issues with staff everyone was rude from front office Staff to service agent. Wasn't clear about the need for service and what previous levels were. Terrible experience.

Jim did a great job walking me the process of Honda service. Unfortunately, a few service items were not properly documented during prior service. As such, he remedied the situation and provided excellent customer service. His prior management skills prepared him well to treat Honda customers.
