Joseph King mentioned in conversation that he knew two people who worked at the University of La Verne, where I retired from 3 years ago, after 35 years (he had seen my ULV license plate), and I emailed them while waiting for the shuttle for a ride home that he was my service advisor today,and these are the comments about him that they sent back:
(1) Joseph is awesome and has taken care of me and my family since 2001.
(2) Oh my word...we love Joseph. He took such good care of us and all our Hondas. When Lorali was old enough "to take the car into be serviced " we called Joseph and he was a great car care mentor to her. Last November we sold our last Honda. We went to see Joseph to say goodbye with brownies and gift card to say thanks for ALL the years!!!! He will serve you well! Please tell him hello for me and hope he is well.
As for myself, I found Joseph extremely personable and friendly and willing to make sure that I got the best service possible. He somehow managed to make sure my car was ready almost 2 hours before I expected it! He earned an A+ from me today.
