My vehicle was due for a safety recall. When my car was due for pick up, it was returned to me with no gas, It wasn’t communicated to me that their gas pump is no currently working and that my car was left with no fuel. As a result, I was late to work, I had to take additional time to fill my tank.
Had a metro honda representative communicated with me, I would’ve planned accordingly to avoid delays to work.
Mr. Boyd did not offer to reimburse me for my fuel until I inquired about it. It’s unprofessional to have their car returned with no gas, zero communication about it and no reimbursement prior to asking. Now I have to wait and see if they call back or forget about it.
