Had service performed on my Honda and XM radio antenna replaced. the driver and front passenger seat belt are not properly working. The Tech who removed the interior parts to get to the XM antenna did not properly install them back, and left some small mounting bolts by the door panel.

When I returned home I discovered old oil leaking from under the vehicle. Also discovered hood prop rod was damaged. Returned vehicle back and was assisted by service consultant Jim. The tech had not properly cleaned the oil from the pan. Jim did order a new prop rod. Now I am waiting to hear from the parts department and will need to return vehicle for install. While the help is appreciated the inconvenience is not.

I used to go to honda pasadena when i used to live around there… way better customer service. They always try to do something for me to help me with cost for any services. I always got a full 4 point check when i got my oil changes. Also most of the time they would always try their best to give me a car wash. I was told that the staff there was low, and thats why they couldn’t do the wash. Please advice your staff to do their best to help the customer. And what is up with the $120 oil change w 4 point check? I Always got my 4 point checks for free .
