First of all when I went in for my service I felt like Associates were completely rude to me I felt like I was being judged while I was there and I called multiple times to check on the status of my vehicle and nobody ever return my call back, then when I went to go pick up my vehicle after when we got home I noticed that the back door little panel was falling off and I couldn't put it back on but I forced it on

They did not check my concern about the Horn, they did not compare the sound of the Horn with other 2018 odyssey, and did not measure the brake how much left since they took out the tires anyway for brake fluid exchange.
