It just took too long. I got there a little before 8 and left around 11:30am. I love going there to service my car and won’t stop. I want to take care of this car because I love it. I would have been ‘completely’ satisfied had it not taken so long, but, I get my next oil change for free, so I’m good. Things happen and have always been satisfied with my service there. This was just a mistake and all is forgiven…thanks again!
