I came with an emergent matter regarding warning lights that appeared on my vehicle and instead of turning me away she did everything in her power to fit me in. I know that holidays cause staff shortages and increased workload but Estela understood why I wasn’t able to make an appointment and she took the time to explain all services needed in great detail and made sure I understood what needed to be done.
