Mr Boyd put in a great effort to find a belt that was needed for my car. He called another dealership and other parts stores but the belt was nowhere in stock. He took the time to inform me that the wait time for the belt. Excellent service.

Your blatant attempt to up sell un needed services & denying that you don’t have basic equipment to fulfill a routine service , and charging extra for a service that was included every other time we have the oil changed , tells me there no helpful Honda guys @ Metro Honda & this will be the last time you will ever see us there again ! Your policy of requiring an appointment, then allowing the free for all when opening the gate shows your true lack of customer service .
