Your blatant attempt to up sell un needed services & denying that you don’t have basic equipment to fulfill a routine service , and charging extra for a service that was included every other time we have the oil changed , tells me there no helpful Honda guys @ Metro Honda & this will be the last time you will ever see us there again !
