The service writer, Frank, was excellent, but the car still does not work properly. That’s not his fault since there are defective parts that are not working even though they have been replaced and repaired. I’m very disappointed in Honda’s quality.

I was completely satisfied with the service woman who helped me Estela. She kept me informed of my vehicle throughout and let me know the rough cost as well. I was satisfied with the service to my car. What I was not happy about is when I got a text asking for payment and saying it would make the process faster to pick up my car. I tried using this so called service and it didn’t work. When it didn’t work it said to call a phone number to get assistance. When I called that “assistance” phone number I was transferred to 4 different people within the Honda dealership and NO ONE could help me!!!!! The final person I spoke to was a male I believe in the service department and he was soooooo unhelpful and simply said “if you can’t make the payment online then you can’t make it online.” I am upset because the message I got said if you are having a problem call this number. I was assuming if I called the number I’d be helped. If that wasn’t the case DON’T tell people to call the number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know there are other dealerships closer to me but your commitment to great service keeps me coming back. The staff is very polite and friendly. You give reasonable time frames to get things done. I arrived for my appointment. No one assisted me for at least 15 mins. No one even acknowledged my presence. I was told my service would take 1-1.5 hrs. At 2.5 hrs I finally called. The excuse was short staffed. Than let me know!!!!! I do appreciate the complimentary first service and car wash coupon.
