The work completed seems fine but my fan is making a horrible noise that it was not making before. I wanted to leave it with u guys to get that fixed properly but the guy that helped us just stuck his hand in the area a few times to clear out debris. Apparently when they changed the fans debris that had fallen in the cracks wedged itself so that there is noise when the fan is used. The noise is always there. I wish they would have kept the car and fixed this. I did not have the noise prior to taking the vehicle in. They fixed the problem of my ignition & door locks but another was created and not dealt with.

I printed out the email you sent me which contained the coupon for the oil change as well as the one for the tire rotation. I was disappointed when the person helping me told me that I could only use one of the two coupons for my service today. This was not made clear on the page; tiny print saying "Not to be combined with any other discounts" did not make it clear to me that the two coupons on the same page were considered to be two separate discounts for items within the same B1 maintenance service plan. This is not your customer-facing employees' fault; clearer explanation in the copy on the promotional email is needed.
