I went in Thursday the 27th of this month to service my car for a A 1 7 maintenance and to get my car AC checked. I paid $234 dollars waited 4 hrs for my car and all I got was my AC repaired. My oil change was never done no new oil filter my brake fluid wasn’t flushed out or replaced. Now my car is running on 15% oil and can’t drive to work because I don’t want to burn my engine out. This is really unacceptable and I’ve gotten my car serviced here multiple times. I would like a call back from the manager ASAP!

It would be a great gesture to offer to not only drive a customer home while servicing their (my) car, then picking up the customer (me) and returning her/him back to the dealership to retrieve their (my) repaired car-that would be wonderful dealer service. Honda dealerships provided this service in the past. (I’m old so I remember when this service was provided to customers.????????????)

From the moment I dropped off my car. I felt like I was just being brushed off or pushed away. Although I appreciate the mechanics especially Ramiro who tried his best to achieve fixing my car. I left with my car still making the noise in the front wheel shocks. In other words they could not find anything other than some loose chasis and still problem persists. The service advisor Mark Gray is incapable of putting the customer first. He would not go out of his way to get me a rental vehicle although other staff members like Becca were more than willing to help out to make me happy.Eventually after enough B**ing on my end .and me asking to speak to manager was I actually being helped by this guy. I understand everywhere is short staffed now adays. But at metro honda everyone is running around like a chicken with their head cut off. Truly truly hate this place. Great experience buying the car here. Poor S**t experience doing anything else.
