I have been bringing my car to be serviced here for years. Like usual today I had an appointment and was early. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me and 2 behind me. While we are all waiting to be checked in about 15 minutes pass and another vehicle arrives. They put the #13 sign on the vehicle that was after the 2 cars behind me. I was #10. Instead of waiting like the rest of us with appointments one of the salesmen comes up to that vehicle and tells the girl to wait in her car and she'll get in before all of us. of course another worker (Mark) immediately comes out and helps her while we all wait. I brought it up to Mark who finally came out to help me and he tried to say she had an early appointment. when I told him my appointment was 35 minutes ago he said she was waiting before me, when I proved him wrong he still tried to make excuses. I told him that was unfair to everyone else and is not a cool way to handle business with loyal customers who all had appointments and were there before the young lady. He admitted it was wrong after, as she did not have an appointment nor was she waiting like the rest of us. I took offense as he tried to make me think I was wrong when in reality he was shocked I heard what the salesman told the girl.
Looks like this dealership lost my mantanience business and the business of me purchasing a new vehicle as I am in the market
