Israel I was happy with the on my air conditioner, it works great. I don’t know who the mechanic was who worked on my car, but he did not close my hood, and it started to tremble on the freeway home. I had to stop on the freeway and slam it shut. It gave me a scare. I was not happy about that. The mechanic should have checked my car before giving it back to me.

Mark was great. But when I was told to go wait for my car to be brought to me, I went out and waited for a few minutes and then an attendant walked over and handed me my keys and pointed to the lot and said it’s out there. I asked where and he said to push my alarm to find it. If I hadn’t have been told that my car would be brought to me, I wouldn’t have minded, but I just felt disregarded and an afterthought.
