I like the fact that Mark Gray is professional, polite, and thorough with his explanations about what is being done on the car or what will be done. He is patient and doesn’t seem to mind questions from the customer. I LIKE THAT! some other service reps there aren’t so patient. It makes a difference and customer satisfaction. Hire people like Mark! It’ll bring customers in.
