Llevé mi auto a que le hicieran una verificación porque el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, y me dijeron que como este modelo tiene un recall del condensador, no teníamos que pagar nada por eso.. Entonces pedimos que en caso que tuvieran que hacerle algo más, nos llamaran antes para explicarnos y así autorizar o no. Cosa que no hicieron y solo procedieron a hacer el trabajo y de esta manera ya solo me enviaron un mensaje de texto avisando que ya lo podía recoger, una vez estando allí en la agencia, me explicaron (hasta entonces lo que le habían y que tenía que pagar $379.95 por la mano de obra y por el llenado para que el aire acondicionado enfriara otra vez.
Me parece un robo el costo de la mano de obra por si solo, aparte que no hay ninguna garantía del trabajo realizado. Estoy muy desilusionada del servicio.
