Joseph king gave us excellent service. Updated us on time which we really appreciate. Everytime we have our car service we always look for him.

Brian is very helpful and very accommodating to the customers.

I was waiting for the your car is ready text and never received it. When I finally just drive there my car was already ready. Bot sure how long it was ready for.

I was at home when I received a call from the rep informing me that I needed new tires, not 1,not 2, not 3. I agreed . I then received a call about 2 hrs later informing me that you no longer had the 4 tires that the ones for me were sold and that you only had 2 tires left. I told him that that I would go and get them (all 4) on my own. He then tells me that the tires were already allocated for me. He then tells me that he has a loaner car for me if I want it. I said yes and then got Uber to come back to your Business. The loaner like the tires disappeared. Said he was going to look to find a loaner. Never told me if he looked for one just pulled out my car. Didn’t ask me what I wanted to do. How was I committed to a product that you don’t have? I didn’t sign anything about getting any tires when I brought the car in. Why tell me you have a loaner car for me ? I would think that you would check to see if you actually had one before you promised you had one unless you didn’t think that I would show up to pick it up. Told me that so long as I was there before he got off at 5 I was there at 3. I have 2 dealerships that are closer to me than your dealership. I don’t go to them because their service is bad. Will be going to a different place from now on.

Had a part lying on the passenger side floor that needed replacement and my back lights are not coming on after dark only when I actually hit the brakes. Wasn't having that problem when I brought my car in.
