Hi, Mark was super nice and helpful! I’ve had multiple experiences at different Honda dealerships where it seems like the person helping me doesn’t really care and is just trying to rush me out, but Mark was the complete opposite. He was so friendly from the start, and made sure to walk me through everything from start to finish. Especially as a girl I honestly feel intimidated going to dealerships alone sometimes but not at your location :) This definitely hooked me to Montclair Honda and when I need services done for my car in the future I’ll always be coming back to y’all!
