Joseph King has consistently provided me with a great service throughout my time bringing in my car for a few issues. My car has had a rattling noise problem coming from the back of the car since I bought it brand new and have since then kept bringing in my car, seeing multiple different people only to have the issue misdiagnosed and not taken care of. I am happy to say that when I brought my car to Joseph he was very willing to hear my feedback about the problem and take detailed notes as well as ordered the right parts to get the job done. Along with that my fuel pump had a recall and he was able to schedule that with the current appointment to better accommodate my schedule. Once I picked up my car a majority of my full fuel tank was missing fuel due to the fuel pump being changed and Jospeh was once again ready to help by working with his manager to get me the missing fuel back in a comparable way. Absolutely great experience from Joseph and the only thing left to fully satisfy my experience would be having my missing fuel refilled or reimbursed.

The advisor told us there would be a diagnostic fee which is a standard dealership practice. The diagnostic revealed the problem was the blower and a fuse and we were told Honda does not make that part anymore but they could try an aftermarket part - well what you really meant was that you would go to the junkyard down the street for the part and you should of asked us if that was ok. The advisor called to give us the phone number for the warranty. Well imagine our surprise to learn it was a junkyard and they told us they give a 5 day warranty on that part. We were charged 100.00 for the junkyard part which he stated runs around $40.00
The advisor also told us we needed a new Strut in the front making it seem like it was just the one side and gave us 2 different prices so we declined
We won't be coming back to your dealership for service in the future

I was given the wrong key at the end of my service. I got in my car and it would not start. It took me about 12 minutes to figure out I was doing nothing wrong. One of your salesmen ( Sunday) asked what was wrong and helped me. He discovered that the key was not to my car. I found another advisor ( couldn’t find Frank) to help. He came out to try to start my car, it took him a few minutes to figure out it was not my key. We went back inside and he finally located my key. Walked me back outside to make sure my car started, it did. I was there 30 minutes longer than I had to be. Already was there for 2 hours waiting on car, which I didn’t mind but when I got my key, I was ready to go
